  • Do you offer allergen-free cakes?
    At this time, we do not offer allergen-free cakes.
  • What is our cancellation policy?
    To cancel or reschedule an event, and receive your deposit back in full, requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date. If cancelled after this deadline, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are rescheduling your event, we can transfer your deposit to your new event date. If you book a last-minute experience with us and choose to cancel, there will be no refunds on your deposit. Pop Tier reserves the right to cancel an event an any time. If we must do this, we will do our best to provide a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice and you will receive you deposit back in full.
  • Can you ship Party Packs?
    We are not able to ship Party Packs at this time. However, we do offer DIY Balloon Garland kits, shippable desserts and digital invitation downloads on on our website's shop page.
