Looking for a specific theme that we don't offer yet? We'll help you create it! We're happy to work with you to design the invitations, balloon garland, and cake for your event. The Details: - Delivery available between 24 and 1 Hour before party time* - Custom Digital Download Invitations - Custom Cake - Custom Balloon Garland - Deposit due at time of booking, remaining due seven (7) days prior to event *Balloon arch installation available for an additional fee. *Local orders only - Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas (Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Ballantyne, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Marvin, Weddington, Mount Holly, Mint Hill, Belmont, Concord)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an event, and receive your deposit back in full, requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date. If cancelled after this deadline, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are rescheduling your event, we can transfer your deposit to your new event date. If you book a last-minute experience with us and choose to cancel, there will be no refunds on your deposit. Pop Tier reserves the right to cancel an event an any time. If we must do this, we will do our best to provide a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice and you will receive you deposit back in full.
