Service Description
Whether you're needing a smaller cake for an intimate setting, large sheet cake for easy serving, or a multi-tier cake for a special occasion, we can help you design the perfect cake for your event. Sample tasting box available by request. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks lead time for creating your custom design, as we may need to source specific ingredients and materials for your cake.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an event, and receive your deposit back in full, requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date. If cancelled after this deadline, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are rescheduling your event, we can transfer your deposit to your new event date. If you book a last-minute experience with us and choose to cancel, there will be no refunds on your deposit. Pop Tier reserves the right to cancel an event an any time. If we must do this, we will do our best to provide a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice and you will receive you deposit back in full.
