Service Description

Wanting a custom look for your event? Work with us to design the balloon garland of your dreams for a gender reveal, bridal shower or birthday celebration!  Balloon colors can be customized to match your theme. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks lead time for creating your custom design, as we may need to source specific colors, prints, and sizes of balloons.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an event, and receive your deposit back in full, requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date. If cancelled after this deadline, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are rescheduling your event, we can transfer your deposit to your new event date. If you book a last-minute experience with us and choose to cancel, there will be no refunds on your deposit. Pop Tier reserves the right to cancel an event an any time. If we must do this, we will do our best to provide a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) notice and you will receive you deposit back in full.
